【商品のお届け時期】
当ブランドは、お客様からのご注文ごとに商品を製作する「Made to Order」システムを採用しております。
通常、受注日より完成まで30日程度のお時間を頂戴しております。
ご注文の商品が完成し検品が済み次第、順次発送させていただきます。

【商品の保証について】
・無償修理
全ての商品の保証期間はお買い上げ日より３ヶ月間です。
万一、保証期間内に自然故障が起きた場合は、付属のギャランティーカードを添えて、当社へ送付していただければ無償で修理致します。
（当社への配送料につきましては、お客様のご負担となります。）

We will repair it free of charge.

・有償修理
保証期間を過ぎた商品で、修理やサイズ直し等をご希望の場合は

商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、基本的に返品対応は承っておりません。
